Order Eyes
When ordering eyes use guidelines from the Pricing page. Send an e-mail using the following link Initiate Orders or to alleyes91@yahoo.com. You will need to include your shipping address and a return e-mail address, as well as the information describing the items you wish to order. Usually E-mails are checked several times daily. You will recieve a return e-mail within 4 business days. The e-mail will have an order number confirming your order, and a breakdown of the costs. The Eyeball Company accepts Moneyorders and payments through PayPal.
Money Orders
Once you have recieved the return e-mail with your order number and the total cost of the items you are ordering, moneyorders can be sent to:The Eyeball Company,1680 Cooper Foster Park Road, Unit C, Lorain, OH. 44053. A copy of the return e-mail will need to be sent with the money order. After the money order is recieved, orders will be completed and shipped in 4-6 weeks.
PayPal
If through PayPal you can use the following link to complete the transaction. Below, please enter your order number and the transation amount quoted in the return e-mail. By clicking on the Buy Now button, you will be taken to PayPal to complete the purchase. If you choose not to use the link below when paying by PayPal, you will need to include the order number with your purchase.
Once at the PayPal payments page, you will need to enter the Transaction Amount. In the empty box on the line after "Products to be ordered", enter the Transaction Amount, then click the light blue "Update Totals" button.
Since all eyes and jewelry are custom handmade, it will take about 4-6 weeks from the time payment is recieved to the date your items are mailed out. Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are recieved. However if a high number of orders occurs and the workload is in excess of what the company can produce in this time frame, delivery times will be adjusted accordingly. Customers will be notified of changes in shipping times for their orders. Items to US destinations will be shipped USPS, Priority Mail, Certified, Insured.These eyes are made for use in models, sculptures, jewelry, etc. They have not been fabricated for use with patients and should not be used with patients. Company does not accept responsibility for improper use of these eyes.
