Returns:
Upon receiving your eyes or Jewelry, if you are not satisfied with them, you can return them in new condition within 45 days of the shipment date. Initiate the process with an e-mail stating the reason for the return, along with the order number and your contact information. A copy of the receipt, received with the shipped item, and the reason for the return must be sent back with the item. Once the item is received, a replacement item of the same type will be shipped out, or a refund of the items' cost will be issued. The Eyeball Company will not be able to reimburse shipping costs. However, If the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged shipping costs on the replacement item.
